The actor Don Cheadle has been organizing games of poker in his hotel room during the filming of the trilogy "Ocean’s Eleven", "Ocean’s Twelve" and "Ocean’s Thirteen". At that time his room would be visited by Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Michael Douglas, Casey Affleck, as well as film director Steven Soderbergh. When he returned to the US after the filming of "Ocean’s Twelve" he was invited to participate in the “World Poker Tour Invitational”. This is where his career as a poker player begins.
In 2007. this famous Hollywood actor played in the "National Heads-Up Poker Championship" which was broadcasted on NBC television with high ratings. He eliminated champion Phill Ivey in one hand, but he himself was eliminated in the very next one by another professional, Scott Fischman. Later, with a little help from his friend, a famous player, Annie Duke, he organized a few charity tournaments.
